Who we are
WeAutomate is an independent, authorised partner of WPfoss Limited (partner code AUTOMATE). This notice covers this website, weautomate.co.ke. It is written with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019 in mind.
What this website collects
This website has no forms, no accounts and no sign-in, and it does not set cookies. We do not ask you for your name, phone number or email here.
Like any website, the server that hosts it automatically records basic technical details of each visit: your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. We use these logs only to keep the site secure and working, we do not use them to identify you, and we keep them for a limited period before they are deleted.
When you book a demo
Every “Book a free demo” and “Get started” button takes you to a form on the WPfoss website (wpfoss.ke). Anything you enter there is collected by WPfoss Limited, not by this website, and is handled under WPfoss's own privacy policy. WPfoss lets us know that you came through our partner link so that we can be credited for the referral.
If you become a client
The WhatsApp AI Sales Agent is provided and run by WPfoss Limited. For the conversations your agent has with your customers, your business is the data controller and WPfoss processes that data to provide the service.
Your rights
Under the Data Protection Act, 2019 you can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how it is used. Write to danielkaranja65@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
Changes to this notice
If we change how this website handles data, for example by adding analytics, we will update this page and the date above.
